THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a strategic, passionate, and highly collaborative Director of Global Analyst Relations to build and lead our analyst engagement strategy. In this role, you’ll own Cyera’s relationships with top-tier industry analysts, helping shape the market’s perception of our brand, category, and technology. You’ll partner closely with executives, product, and marketing teams to articulate our vision and ensure Cyera is well-represented in key industry research, reports, and conversations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global analyst relations strategy aligned with Cyera’s business goals
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key analysts across firms like Gartner, Forrester, Frost & Sullivan, GigaOM, emerging boutique firms, and more
- Own strategic briefings, inquiries, and responses to major research reports and Waves/Magic Quadrants
- Act as a key internal advocate and liaison, providing analyst insights back to product, marketing, and executive stakeholders
- Coordinate analyst participation in events, content, and launches to amplify Cyera’s presence and thought leadership
- Measure and report on the impact of analyst relations on brand awareness, competitive positioning, and market traction
- Stay on top of trends in data security, cloud security, and AI to ensure Cyera remains top-of-mind with analysts and aligned to evolving market narratives.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6+ years of experience in analyst relations, corporate communications, or product marketing — with at least 3 years in cybersecurity or enterprise software
- Deep familiarity with the analyst ecosystem and experience managing relationships with top-tier analyst firms
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills and executive presence — comfortable leading briefings, negotiating positioning, and influencing at the highest levels
- Strategic mindset with a bias for action, able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience leading analyst relations for a high-growth cybersecurity or data-centric SaaS company
- Experience managing MQs, Waves, or landscape evaluations end-to-end
- Background in product marketing or technical marketing
COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
