In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop specialized teams of managers and professional individual contributors with a focus on executing a quality control program for Financial Crimes Operations
- Identify, formulate, and implement quality policies, procedures, and controls for the respective business or enterprise functions associated or affected by its outcomes
- Identify opportunities and strategies for formulating and implementing quality control technology applications, risk policies, procedures, and controls for business or enterprise function
- Address issues and maintain an awareness of quality control across FCO
- Lead quality control team by making strategic decisions to resolve quality control challenges
- Collaborate with and influence immediate quality control colleagues as well as more experienced business leaders
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for FCO quality control
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- Collaborate with business partners to influence and enact updates as needed
- Provide direction through managers, ensuring quality standards are maintained and ensuring enactment of approaches to correct problems
- Engage frequently with peers to advise and consult on matters regarding program effectiveness, change preparedness or technology matters
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience

- Knowledge and understanding of Quality Control operational methodology
- Ability to understand quality control workflow logic, and partner with technology and business partners to test and implement system and program changes
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, exercise independent judgement, and use critical thinking skills
- Experience in building and managing teams, developing talent, and providing strong, proactive leadership
- Proficient at effectively working and collaborating with teams within a matrixed organization
- Experienced in building constructive and effective relationships. Delivers on commitments and renegotiates when needed. Strong sense of accountability
- Creates and mentors on building constructive and effective relationships
- Proficient at influencing and consulting strategically across a large organization and with various levels of leadership/stakeholders
- Balance strong, innovative problem solving skills with the practical ability to implement workable solutions to problems in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Effectively communicates in both written and verbal formats with senior executive-level leaders

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
