Events Manager

Lantern is seeking a logistics-driven Events Manager to power the success of our events program through meticulous planning, operational excellence, and cross-functional coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the details, finds satisfaction in repeatable processes, and understands that flawless logistics are the backbone of every great event. The Events Manager will own the day-to-day execution of events across multiple business verticals, ensuring every element runs like clockwork. 

Location: Remote | USA | Some Travel Required 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage 25+ third-party events and the end-to-end event management. 
  • Partner closely with Member Marketing and Customer Success to lead strategy, planning, and execution for all Open Enrollment events. 
  • Project manage participation and level sponsorship processes, logistics, event staffing, creative development, event enablement, and results. 
  • Proactive annual planning and execution of events calendar and budget tracking. 
  • Development and management of a member-event system for open enrollment events.  
  • Manage multiple event formats without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. 
  • Maintain rigorous documentation pre-event and lead post-event debriefs to capture learnings, refine future execution, and track lead generation/influence. 
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and contractors. 

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of experience managing events, ideally targeting Enterprise customers. 
  • Results-oriented mindset and comfortability with analyzing data for event performance. 
  • A passion for logistics and operational excellence with a systems mindset; you think in checklists, workflows, and contingency plans. 
  • Instinct for what great customer experience looks like in different mediums and an experimental mindset when creating programs. 
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with tight deadlines.

  • Partnerships/Payer experience 
  • Experience leveraging digital tools, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Monday.com.

The salary is up to $90,000 base, plus bonus.
