OVERVIEW:
The Director of Enterprise Transformation will play a crucial role in managing transformation initiatives that drive strategic and operational value for the Company. This position will manage the execution of organizational change efforts, ensure alignment with business objectives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. The Director of Enterprise Transformation must be able to set a high bar for impact through holding initiative leaders accountable and measuring that impact through robust reporting and analytics.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure broad success of the digital transformation by provide strategic direction and oversight to Activation and Portfolio Teams, managing critical milestones to monitor risks and value capture
Maintain a bird’s-eye view across transformational initiatives, identifying integration points and thematic risks
Support strategic conversations as needed, providing TO's perspective and guidance on how to define strategy and impact given existing priorities
Partner with critical functions (e.g., Finance, Change Management) to drive thought leadership and day-to-day execution
Lead Operating Model design and implementation across the assigned domain (Athlete/Teammate), ensuring key ceremonies and ways of working are executed in concert with business and technology partners
Partner with channel and functional teams to stand up new Activation teams and lead team of impact coaches
Coordinate Efforts Across Transformation Initiatives:
Run the day to day efforts of the Transformation Office that tracks and measures progress of the in-scope transformational efforts
Foster a collaborative environment across teams in finance, HR and technology that encourages cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing
Ensure Accountability and Resolution:
Establish clear accountability frameworks and performance metrics for transformational initiatives
Uphold responsibility and accountability across teams and partner closely with initiative owners and working teams to drive resolution when issues arise
Implement and lead a data-centric process across initiatives to support evidence-based decision-making
Drive planning sessions and facilitate problem-solving to address challenges and mitigate risks
Ensure timely communication of project status and updates to key stakeholders
Support post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and inform future transformation initiatives
Drive Alignment on Operating Model:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management strategies that drive adoption and sustainability of transformation initiatives
Develop organizational communication strategy and artifacts that foster change
Champion and ensure an Athlete-centric approach in all transformation efforts
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's Degree, MBA
7-10 years experience, Retail, Technology, Consulting
Experience with Agile best practices
Training in Organizational Change Management theories and practice preferred
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma Practices or PMP helpful
Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced analytics skills
Deep experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within or in close partnership with a Transformation Office
Experience in leading a corporate strategy team and/or extensive consulting experience at a top tier strategy firm
Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities with background in project management
Retail and/or consumer experience
Strong track record of academic achievement from a top tier university and/or graduate school program
Strong executive presence and overall communications skills

Targeted Pay Range: $127,000.00 - $237,800.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
