IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE

As the Director of Enterprise Program & Project Management (EPMO), you’ll lead a high-impact team of project managers responsible for delivering key initiatives across BECU — especially with the implementation of a new mortgage technology. Your leadership will bring structure, clarity, and alignment across enterprise-wide programs while ensuring mortgage-specific projects are expertly managed from start to finish. • Own Mortgage Program Delivery: Oversee implementation of new mortgage technology, ensuring deep alignment with operational and regulatory requirements.

  • Drive Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, financial reconciliation, and forecasting across projects and portfolios.

  • Advance Delivery Frameworks: Strengthen and refine project methodologies — from Agile to Waterfall — in partnership with cross-functional leaders.

  • Champion ICE Mortgage Technology: Ensure execution strategies are fully aligned with business objectives and technology capabilities, while owning the end-to-end success of solution implementation

  • Collaborate with Executives: Partner with senior leaders to prioritize programs and navigate interdependencies across teams.

  • Mitigate Risk, Ensure Accountability: Anticipate obstacles, resolve issues early, and keep critical initiatives on track.

  • Foster Agile Maturity: Help scale Agile practices across BECU while balancing the needs of different teams and workflows.

  • Support Change & Growth: Lead change management efforts tied to EPMO initiatives, and coach your team for continued development.

This isn’t just about ticking off tasks on a list. It's about making a significant, positive change in BECU’s journey, where your contributions are valued, and your growth is continually fostered.

WHAT YOU’LL GAIN

  • Direct influence over mortgage transformation and enterprise program delivery.

  • A leadership role guiding a skilled team of project managers.

  • The opportunity to shape delivery frameworks and drive organizational agility.

  • A collaborative workplace with executive visibility and trust.

  • Purposeful work that connects to our mission of serving members through every life stage.

  • Exposure to ICE Mortgage Technology and innovation within the mortgage space.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field – or equivalent experience – with at least 5 years of experience leading project management teams and a minimum of 8 years managing projects, programs, or portfolios using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
