Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Roadmap
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy and multi-year roadmap for business applications and data architecture aligned to the IT’s vision
- Provide leadership for ongoing D365 F&O improvements and integration initiatives
- Shape the enterprise data and analytics environment, including data governance, warehousing and self-service BI
Applications Ownership
- Oversee administration, configuration, enhancements and performance of all enterprise applications with primary ownership of D365 F&O
- Lead technical oversight of ecommerce, custom web a ensuring stability, scalability and integration with backend systems
- Establish application standards, workflows, release management and compliance across the application portfolio
- Manage software vendors, SI partners, licensing and support relationships
Data & Analytics Leadership
- Oversee enterprise data engineering, data architecture, data modeling and BI development
- Maintain data pipelines, integrations and data warehousing for consistent, trusted data
- Implement data governance, data quality processes and security standards
- Deliver dashboards and analytics solutions used by leadership and operational teams
Operational Excellence
- Implement and enforce SDLC, DevOps and change management best practices across applications, mobile and data platforms
- Ensure high system availability, performance and security for all critical platforms
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics for systems, data quality and project delivery
- Drive continuous improvement, automation and system optimization
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and coach technical teams including application developers, ERP/CRM admins, data engineers and BI developers
- Partner effectively across finance, manufacturing, HR and other business functions
- Build a culture of innovation, accountability, technical excellence and customer-centricity
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP management or data/analytics
- 5+ years of leadership experience leading technical teams
- Strong understanding of data engineering, data architecture, BI tools (e.g. Power BI) and cloud application integrations
- Experience with SDLC and common methodologies such as agile and waterfall
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and related ecosystem is preferred
- Knowledge of Azure cloud services, integration platforms and DevOps
- Familiarity with offshore development models or virtual captive teams is a strong plus
