We’re hiring an engineering leader to help us scale our product and deliver AI-native experiences for modern data teams. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical strategy, execution, and customer-facing innovation. You’ll help define what great looks like as we scale the systems, architecture, and experiences that power the future of data collaboration.

What will you do? 🤔

1. Define and drive technical strategy across areas such as semantic modeling, metadata enrichment, data movement, access controls, and AI-native interfaces

2. Architect and scale distributed systems that power large-scale metadata, real-time search, lineage propagation, and intelligent agent experiences

3. Build and lead strong engineering teams across the globe, with a focus on clarity, autonomy, and high technical standards

4. Work on high-impact technical areas depending on the match between your experience and our evolving roadmap

5. Collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to translate real-world challenges into resilient, scalable systems

6. Contribute to Atlan’s long-term roadmap, ensuring engineering investments align with business priorities and emerging market needs.
