- Drive the creation of a multi-client platform that supports enterprises, MSSPs, and ecosystem integrations with cybersecurity vendors and business applications
- Lay the foundation for marketplaces, community portals, and collaboration platforms that will grow the Censys ecosystem
- Partner with Product Management to deliver complete, high-quality solutions that align with business goals
- Set and uphold a high bar for talent hiring and team development
- Continually inspect processes and culture, identifying opportunities for improvement

- Deep understanding of Internet infrastructure (DNS, IP WHOIS, routing, load balancing)
- Proven success leading teams delivering SaaS applications on cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred)
- Experience applying AI/ML techniques in both frontend (search, recommendations, workflows) and backend (model tuning, NLP, data-driven automation) contexts
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey both strategic and technical issues across cross-functional audiences
- Track record of scaling team productivity through effective delegation and professional development
- Strong grasp of the SDLC and holding teams accountable to deliver quality customer experiences
