As the Director, Emerging Enterprise, you will play a key role in accelerating Coveo’s growth by leading a dynamic team of sales professionals. This position combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership to expand our presence in the Emerging Enterprise market.

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with company goals and the specific growth objectives of the Emerging Enterprise division.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales executives, fostering a high-performance culture that consistently exceeds targets.
- Engage directly in sales efforts, including key field activities, client relationship-building, and closing high-value deals.
- Provide data-driven insights on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to the executive team to ensure alignment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify new opportunities to maintain Coveo’s competitive edge.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth by optimizing sales processes and leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Account Management teams to align strategies and maximize impact.
- Represent Coveo at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

- A strong background as a successful sales professional, with a proven ability to coach and elevate your team.
- Expertise in Commerce, Service & Knowledge, or AI-driven technologies is a plus.
- A results-driven, high-energy professional who is passionate about achieving and exceeding targets.
- Willingness to travel 30%+ of the time to engage directly with customers and drive business growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment, demonstrating agility and a proactive mindset.
