We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Strategy & Operations Leader to spearhead our digital transformation efforts and drive the implementation of digital thread initiatives across RTX Corporation. This pivotal role will involve leading change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of digital technologies and processes that enhance our business capabilities in the aerospace and defense sectors.
What You Will Do:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies that align with Raytheon's business objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with corporate goals.
Identify opportunities for digital innovation and transformation within the organization.
Oversee the integration and leadership of digital thread initiatives, ensuring seamless connectivity across various digital platforms and processes.
Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize digital initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic planning.
Develop and lead change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of digital initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.
Measure and report on the performance of digital initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of innovation and digital acumen across the organization.
Travel: Be prepared to travel as required to meet business needs and support program objectives (Potentially 25%).
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years experience
Experience in digital strategy and operations, preferably within the aerospace and defense industry.
Experience in change management and leading digital transformation projects.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and manufacturing systems.
Experience applying agile methodologies, including SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), and experience in rolling out agile practices across an organization.

Qualifications We Prefer:
Program management experience, particularly implementing digital thread initiatives to align various operating models to create a unified, strategic approach.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior leadership and stakeholders.
Familiarity with the aerospace and defense sectors, including the specific digital and operational challenges faced within these industries.

Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
