The Digital Experience team is responsible for shaping how Risepoint’s partner university brands are represented and experienced across all digital platforms. We design, optimize, and manage engaging user-centered digital interactions that serve both prospective students and institutional partners. Our

work spans marketing websites, landing pages, and content platforms for more than 100 domestic and international university brands. We focus on responsive design, accessibility, and usability while driving performance-based outcomes such as lead generation, engagement, and conversion.

The team partners closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, Analytics, and Creative stakeholdersto deliver scalable digital solutions that align with business objectives. We continually evolve design practices, embrace new technologies, and uphold best-in-class standards to ensure that our digital

presence is innovative, intuitive, and effective.

Job Summary

The Director, Digital Design is responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and execution of digital design across all of Risepoint’s university partner brands. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on creative direction, ensuring consistent, user-centric, and conversion-driven digital experiences.

The Director will oversee design for all digital products, including organic marketing websites and paid media landing pages, focused on lead generation and other core KPIs. They will develop and shape digital marketing and content experiences using user-centered design methods to balance user needs,

business objectives, and technology capabilities.

This leader manages a team of UX/UI designers, guiding their growth while driving cross-functional col-laboration with Product, Technology, SEO, SEM, Analytics, Content, and Creative stakeholders. The role requires fluency in responsive design, UX methodologies, design systems, and front-end develop-ment trends. The Director will also be expected to use tools such as wireframes, prototypes, and usa-bility testing to define, communicate, and validate design strategies. This is a full-time, fully remote position.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

·Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of digital design across all digital products, ensuring cohesive, high-quality, and conversion-driven experiences.

· Manage, mentor, and develop a team of UX/UI designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.

· Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Marketing, Analytics, SEO/SEM, Content, and Creative) to deliver scalable and effective digital experiences.

· Establish and evolve design systems, patterns, and standards to ensure brand consistency, scalability, and efficiency.

· Provide hands-on creative direction, including UX/UI design, prototyping, and usability testing for high-priority initiatives.

· Apply user-centered design methodologies to align user needs, business goals, and technology capabilities.

·Drive accessibility, usability, and responsive design best practices across all digital products.

· Monitor design trends, emerging tools, and technologies to inform and enhance Risepoint’s digital experience.

· Analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion, lead generation) and apply insights to optimize digital design strategies.

· Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with Risepoint policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in a design or marketing-related field Required

10+ years of professional experience in digital design, with 4+ years of management or team lead experience
