About IONIX
IONIX External Exposure Management protects enterprises’ external attack surface from cyber risks and increases security team efficiency by providing tools that shorten the time to discover and prioritize exposures. IONIX reduces the exploitable attack surface by discovering every internet-facing asset, assessing dependencies and connections, and validating exploitable risks to prioritize remediation of critical, impactful exposures. IONIX reduces alert fatigue, streamlines the process for resolving alerts and ensures that they reach the right team. Global leaders including BlackRock, Infosys, Sompo, The Telegraph and E.ON depend on IONIX for proactive management of their complex and dynamic attack surface.
About The Role
You own demand generation end to end: strategy, execution, and pipeline number. You build and run the programs that turn IONIX's category position into qualified pipeline for the sales team, across ABM, paid digital, and email. You manage budget, set targets, and report pipeline contribution to the executive team.
This is a builder role with a number attached. You will scale programs, hire, and answer for sourced and influenced pipeline.
Responsibilities- Pipeline target. Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline. Set the targets, hit them, and report contribution against bookings.
- Account-based marketing. Run the ABM program against Tier 1 and Tier 2 target accounts. Coordinate plays across paid, email, and sales outreach so marketing and the field hit the same accounts with the same message at the same time.
- Digital advertising. Own paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit. Manage spend, creative testing, audience targeting, and CAC. Drive efficient pipeline, not vanity metrics.
- Email marketing. Own lifecycle and nurture programs. Build segmented, persona-aware campaigns that move contacts from first touch to sales-ready.
- Funnel and attribution. Own the reporting that ties every program to pipeline. Run the marketing tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, attribution) and make the numbers defensible.
- 8+ years in B2B demand generation, with 3+ years leading the function. Director level or above.
- Cybersecurity experience. You have sold security to security buyers and you know how this audience evaluates vendors. You understand the difference between a CISO, a VM leader, and an attack surface owner, and you message to each.
- Proven ABM track record against named enterprise accounts, with results measured in pipeline and closed revenue.
- Hands-on command of paid social, specifically LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit. You have run the campaigns, read the data, and reallocated spend.
- Email and lifecycle marketing depth: segmentation, nurture design, deliverability, and conversion.
- Fluency in the modern marketing stack: Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce and how everything ties together.
- A number you can point to. You ran the program, you owned the pipeline target, you hit it.
Bonus Points
- Experience marketing to enterprise security teams at $500M+ organisations.
- Familiarity with the attack surface management, exposure management, or CTEM categories.
- Track record building a demand gen function from an early stage and scaling it.
