RegScale is a continuous controls monitoring (CCM) platform purpose-built to deliver fast and efficient GRC outcomes. We help organizations break out of the slow and expensive realities that plague legacy GRC tools by bridging security, risk, and compliance through controls lifecycle management. By leveraging CCM, organizations experience massive process improvements like 90% faster certification times, and 60% less audit prep time. Today’s expansive security and compliance requirements can only be met with a modern, CCM based approach, and RegScale is the leader in that space.

Position:

RegScale is hiring a Director of Demand Generation and Digital Marketing to scale a growing engine that fuels our pipeline. This is a leadership role with full accountability for the programs, channels, and digital infrastructure that source qualified opportunities and convert them through the funnel.

The Director will own the strategy, execution, and measurable performance of demand generation and digital marketing globally, with a clear mandate: deliver a highly qualified pipeline and SQLs from DG and digital programs. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations. You will own the channel mix, manage agencies and vendors, and stay close enough to the data to know exactly which lever to pull and when.

If you have built and run a high-performing demand engine in a B2B cybersecurity or SaaS environment, know how to translate buyer intent into pipeline, and lead with both rigor and creativity, this role is for you.

Activities:

  • Own the global DG and digital marketing function with full accountability for sourced and influenced pipeline
  • Build and execute the integrated demand strategy across paid media, ABM, SEO, email, webinars, content syndication, website, and partner channels
  • Define and execute the ABM strategy in close partnership with Sales, including target account selection, orchestration, and measurement
  • Own webinar strategy and execution, both hosted and third-party, with clear pipeline targets attached to every program
  • Partner with Sales, BDR, and Channel leadership on lead qualification, routing, follow-up SLAs, and feedback loops to ensure marketing-sourced pipeline converts
  • Manage agency, vendor, and contractor relationships across paid media, SEO, web, and syndication, with full ownership of contracts, budgets, and performance
  • Build and own dashboards and reporting that tie program activity to pipeline, opportunity creation, and revenue
  • Continuously test new channels, formats, and acquisition models to improve efficiency and scale

Proven Capabilities:

  • 10+ years of B2B DG, digital, or performance marketing in cybersecurity SaaS
  • Track record of building and scaling integrated demand programs that deliver measurable, qualified pipeline at meaningful volume
  • Direct experience managing a team and operating as a player-coach
  • Deep fluency across the digital marketing stack and analytics
  • Ability to partner with Sales leadership on shared pipeline goals
  • Proven ability to manage agency and vendor relationships and hold them accountable
  • Experience operating in high-growth SaaS companies where processes and structure are still evolving

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on DG or performance marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent
  • Vendor references within the cybersecurity event and partner ecosystem strongly preferred
