  • Champion Data Adoption: Create clear documentation, lead training sessions, and act as the internal expert to help teams more effectively use data tools within their workflows
  • Measure and Optimize: Help us define key success metrics and track their performance.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience managing analytics platforms (we use AWS Quick Suite)
  • Experience understanding and delivering on stakeholder needs, whether through an adhoc analysis or company-level dashboard
  • Experience with a variety of machine learning algorithms, such as regression, gradient boosted trees, and topic modeling
  • Experience with LLMs and other AI tools for analytics is a bonus!
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or similar fields with at least 3 years of managing those roles
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics) or equivalent practical experience

We value transparency, collaboration, and an entrepreneurial spirit, and we look for team members who share these values. You’ll have the opportunity to lead design at scale, influence a fast-growing company, and make a meaningful impact on K-12 education.

The perks of working for us are great! You’ll get your foot in the door as our company continues to grow. We’re big believers in work-life balance and provide:

  • Employer-paid health insurance (including dependent coverage)
  • An employer-matched 401K retirement savings program from day 1

  • Generous PTO
  • 15 paid holidays, including your birthday!
