Location: New York City, New York | Dallas Fort-Worth, Texas | Boca Raton, Florida
Compensation: We hire candidates across our US office locations and at varying levels of experience. Our posted salary ranges reflect differences in both location and experience, with final compensation determined once a candidate’s background and location are confirmed.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or continuation for this position.

What's the role 

This role leads the vision and roadmap for Data Science across the NAMER region, focusing on cutting-edge analytics and media activation.
You’ll partner with account and business leaders to drive thought leadership, win new business, and turn complex data into actionable marketing solutions.
The position owns end-to-end product and solution development, applying AI/ML, deep learning, and advanced modeling to real business challenges.
It also serves as a senior leader and mentor, guiding cross-functional teams while pushing innovation in areas like LLMs, NLP, and next-gen data technologies.

What You Do:

  • Craft and implement the roadmap for NAMER Brainlabs Data Science capabilities, focusing on leading-edge technology for data insights and media activation.
  • Collaborate with Account leads on thought leadership and new business opportunities, overseeing the process from inception to execution.
  • Lead all phases of product development, from capability definition and business solution design to data structuring, machine learning, and communicating business impacts.
  • Apply data science and AI/ML/DL frameworks to complex business problems, using supervised and unsupervised modeling techniques.
  • Provide technical and strategic leadership in data science, mentoring a cross-functional team including engineering, sales, and marketing.Research and implement next-generation solutions in digital and media analytics, leveraging advancements like GPT-3, other LLMs, NLP, and Deep Learning.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned professional with a deep understanding of data science, particularly in marketing analytics, and a track record of leading innovative projects.
  • Someone who thrives in developing and managing complex projects and interdisciplinary teams, and is adept at translating business needs into analytical models.
  • 10+ years in Data Science, with at least 3 years in the Marketing Analytics domain.
  • Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Operational Research, or related fields.
  • Proficient in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and AI model development using Python, R, Scala, or similar languages.
  • Experience with big data technologies and scripting languages (Java, C/C++).
  • Familiarity with deep learning applications and tools (TensorFlow, Theano, etc.), and a solid grasp of neural networks, including computer vision nets.
  • Essential experience with Large Language Models (GPT-3, Pathways, Google Bert, Transformer).
  • Proven ability in problem-solving with a quantitative, scientific approach.
  • Experience in a start-up environment or in building new products is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure/Nvidia) and MLOPS.
