What you'll do:

Create and own a Skimmer data warehouse

  • Make data available for internal stakeholders

  • Organize that data to make it easy for consumption

  • Create a separate data model for customer use

  • Organize a method for customers to connect to only their tenant's data

Implement and configure in-app reporting

  • Select and implement a 3rd-party reporting tool

  • Enable customer’s success with pre-built data models and data segregation

  • Create a new in-app dashboard with useful insights and work with the dev team to implement in product

Reporting

  • Work with product management counterparts to find the right reports to enable customer success

  • Write external reports and improve reports based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders

  • Work with internal stakeholders like RevOps to assist with their data needs

Database Consultant

  • Be an expert consultant around database performance and query optimization

What Performance Looks Like:
  • Within 2 months you will have launched a data warehouse

  • Within 4 months you will have implemented a customer-facing reporting tool

Your Experience:
  • Proven expertise in MS SQL, C#

  • Proficiency in SQL reporting

  • Expertise in data modeling techniques within Snowflake for analytics & reporting use cases High emotional intelligence (EQ)

  • Experience with tools such as Sigma, Power BI, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric

  • Experience in data science, ideally with a background in vertical SaaS
