Description

At Grip Security, we’re redefining what cybersecurity means. As a trailblazing startup in one of the fastest-growing tech sectors, we’re not just building a better solution — we’re creating a whole new category. Our mission is bold, and our brand needs to be just as fearless. We’re a team of passionate, creative minds building something that matters, and we’re looking for a marketing leader who’s ready to help shape how the world sees us.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Director of Corporate Marketing to take ownership of our corporate storytelling and brand voice across all digital and social channels. This person will play a key role in building awareness, promoting thought leadership, and turning our brand into a category leader. You will be the voice of the company across platforms like LinkedIn, website, digital communications, and more — crafting content that engages, educates, and energizes.

You’ll own corporate social media strategy and execution, manage our content calendar, and work closely with our product marketing, design, and demand teams to ensure consistency and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Corporate social media: Own the strategy, planning, and execution for all corporate social media channels — from high-level brand messaging to daily posts.
  • Manage Content Development: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce a mix of formats including thought leadership, customer stories, product highlights, video clips, and brand moments.
  • Amplify Our Leadership: Build and execute social programs that elevate the voice of our executives, founders, and team members.
  • Support Campaigns & Launches: Drive alignment across high-impact initiatives such as product launches, rebrands, announcements, and integrated marketing campaigns — ensuring all messaging reflects the company’s positioning and voice.
  • Engage Our Community: Grow and activate our follower base with timely, authentic, and relevant content that sparks conversations and builds loyalty.
  • Own the Brand Narrative: Ensure consistency of tone, look, and messaging across digital channels in alignment with brand strategy.
  • Measure & Optimize: Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.) and continuously improve based on insights.
  • Support Campaigns: Partner with demand generation and product marketing teams to amplify campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Mentor & Scale: While this role starts as an individual contributor, you’ll help shape the future of the corporate marketing function as we grow.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing with at least 3+ years leading corporate or brand marketing initiatives
  • Proven expertise in social media marketing (especially LinkedIn), with examples of audience growth and engagement success
  • Experience working in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity preferred
  • A strong writer and storyteller with excellent visual instincts
  • High attention to detail and an instinct for what makes content resonate in fast-moving feeds
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, startup environment
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution chops
