About Bidease

Bidease is a fast-growing mobile ad tech company specializing in in-app programmatic advertising. Our DSP empowers advertisers to efficiently reach their target audiences across mobile devices. We work with top brands, agencies, and app developers to drive measurable growth through data-driven performance.

About the Role

We are hiring a Director, Content & Digital Marketing to own Bidease’s core market narrative, content systems, and digital presence. This is a hands-on leadership role for a senior builder–operator who understands how mobile app growth teams think and knows how to translate that reality into clear, credible messaging and scalable GTM programs. You will set editorial direction, design AI-enabled content and lifecycle systems, and execute selectively where it creates the most leverage, using AI, freelancers, and agency partners to scale your impact over time. While we prefer candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area, we are open to exceptional candidates elsewhere who are willing to travel regularly and work from our San Francisco office as our footprint grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Bidease’s editorial direction and core market narrative, ensuring clarity and consistency across web, email, reports, events, community, and product-facing content.
  • Create, edit, and oversee high-quality content for senior mobile app growth leaders (Directors, VPs, Heads of Growth, UA, and Monetization).
  • Design and operate AI-enabled content workflows, including research, synthesis, drafting, repurposing, and multi-format production.
  • Own the digital experience on Bidease.com, including messaging, structure, and user journeys.
  • Design, build, and run lifecycle and email programs in HubSpot, integrated with events, CRM, and sales motions.
  • Activate and distribute content across LinkedIn, email, paid channels, and community touchpoints, balancing organic and paid amplification.
  • Turn events, webinars, reports, and industry gatherings into repeatable content engines, not one-off moments.
  • Build and improve content-driven GTM systems across HubSpot, CMS, AI tools, and distribution workflows.
  • Partner closely with sales, product, and leadership to ensure messaging reflects market reality, customer needs, and revenue priorities.

Requirements

  • 7–15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, ad tech, martech, or adjacent technology-driven companies.
  • Direct experience creating content for mobile app marketers, including UA, growth, monetization, and MMP-driven environments.
  • Proven ability to design and run content, digital, and lifecycle programs, not just produce individual assets.
  • Practical fluency with generative AI for research, workflow design, and content production.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, GTM operations, and digital program design.

  • Unlimited PTO + 10 Sick Days + 13 Paid Holidays
