We are seeking an experienced Director of Consulting Services for our North America marketing analytics and consulting practice. This role combines client leadership, marketing consulting expertise, and financial accountability. The role will own senior stakeholder relationships across our key accounts in NA, which are global enterprise brands. Responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, account growth, and consultative advisory services. The role includes leading client relations and team management in NA, collaborating closely with executive and global delivery teams in EMEA and LATAM.


RequirementsWhat You’ll Do

Client Engagement & Consulting Advisory

  • Act as the primary relationship owner with senior client stakeholders (VPs, Directors, Heads of Marketing/Analytics, and CXOs).
  • Lead consulting conversations on areas including marketing analytics, audience targeting, ABM, GTM strategies, and data-driven performance optimization.
  • Challenge client assumptions, propose innovative solutions, and position NowVertical as a trusted partner (not just an execution agency).
  • Manage the delivery of consulting engagements in alignment with Statements of Work (SoWs), ensuring measurable business impact.

Account Growth & Commercial Leadership

  • Drive growth of existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and new program opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals and deliver presentations to senior client stakeholders.
  • Partner with NowVertical’s leadership to align client strategies with broader solutions & services
  • Track account health, pipeline, and commercial performance to meet revenue and growth targets.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, manage, and mentor a team of NA-based consultants, ensuring they deliver high-quality analytics and insights.
  • Coordinate with global delivery centers for execution support, ensuring seamless collaboration across geographies.
  • Develop consulting frameworks, best practices, and reusable IP for marketing analytics.

Thought Leadership & Internal Alignment

  • Represent NowVertical in senior client forums and industry discussions.
  • Contribute to NowVertical’s marketing solutions thought leadership through insights, case studies, and best practices.
  • Work closely with EVP Solutions & Services (NA & EMEA) and Global Delivery & Ops (NA & EMEA) to ensure regional strategy alignment.
Who You Are
  • A seasoned consulting professional with at least 15 years of experience in marketing, including enterprise B2B marketing analytics, working with Enterprise organizations.
  • Proven track record in owning and growing client relationships with Fortune 500 marketing and analytics leaders
  • Expertise in enterprise B2B marketing analytics (connecting marketing impact on sales pipeline), ABM, demand generation, and campaign performance measurement.
  • Skilled in storytelling and presenting key insights to senior stakeholders
  • Strong grasp of tools and datasets such as Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, Adobe Analytics, ZoomInfo, and intent data platforms.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management – able to navigate complex organizations, build trust, and act as a true partner.
  • Comfortable managing large, multi-stakeholder consulting engagements with distributed teams (onshore/offshore).
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities; passionate about building high-performing teams.
Requirements
  • At least 15 years of consulting experience in marketing analytics, or marketing operations, ideally in the SaaS or technology sector, working with global brands.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in account expansion and consultative selling.
  • Exceptional communication skills – able to present to senior executives and translate analytics into actionable business strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-changing client environments and manage ambiguity.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
  • Experience managing multi-geography teams (NA, EMEA, LATAM, offshore). (preferred)
