The Director of Cloud Services will support Oracle ERP Cloud, manage multiple workstreams, mentor teams, and guide clients on process enhancements. Responsibilities include designing new capabilities, managing client teams, and contributing to practice building activities.

The Hackett Group is looking for a skilled professional to join our Application Managed Support Team with focus in Cloud ERP.
Oracle Cloud ERP Director Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Oracle ERP CLOUD
- Clear understanding of: configuration, design, testing, and ability to analyze issues as they arise.
- Support design and development of new capabilities and provide business finance operation and support to client teams.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
- Support the development of The Hackett Group’s functional/industry practices
- Play a key role in critical firm / practice building activities, including recruiting, training, and performance management cycles, capabilities, methodology, and tools
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior staff
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Develop strong rapport and gain trust of client base
- Identify opportunities within existing business with client to add more work
- Guide and mentor clients on usability of Oracle ERP Cloud
- Identifying risks or issues associated with assigned tasks; taking initiative to proactively alert project leadership of any risks or issues
Oracle Cloud F ERP Director Job Requirements:
- 10+ years related consulting experience with a top tier firm demonstrating career progression
- At least 2-3 hands-on medium / large scale Oracle Cloud implementation
- Exceptional understanding of ERP Operating Model / Service Delivery Model and Business Intelligence within targeted industries and consulting service lines
- Experience reporting to C-level client contacts, managing client teams, in addition to on- and off-site, and off-shore functional and technical teams
- Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
- Recommend best practices business flows and solution
- Developing a test strategy to validate the solution and confirming successful deployment
- A successful track record of in business development, service offering development, services execution, and mentoring teams
- Any Oracle certificate in ERP cloud is preferred
