  • Acting as a thought leader across advertising and martech, driving long term plans and learning agendas directly and through your team.
  • Building and scaling approaches to execute, optimize, renew, and upsell campaigns through your team.
  • Overseeing major client initiatives and building strong relationships with key customers, acting as a senior point of contact and strategic consultant.
  • Using data and client feedback to inform strategy and technical direction, continuously raising the bar for service delivery.
  • Setting standards for industry engagement and knowledge-sharing, ensuring your team stays ahead of trends and maintains technical excellence.
  • Represent your vertical’s interests internally; collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Solutions, Marketing, etc.) to translate voice of customer data into meaningful improvements.
  • Travel as necessary for client meetings, team development, and key initiatives.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Experience growing and supporting customers across brands and agencies.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic planning, cross-functional initiatives, and operational improvements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to influence senior clients in person and on video.
