As the Director, Client Partner-Enterprise you will:

  • Media subject matter expert.
  • Client Management & Leadership: Serve as primary point of contact for key clients, overseeing day-to-day needs, having a deep understanding of the client’s business, and serving as a trusted advisor and partner for clients across all activities included in the scope of work. Ensure all needs, details, goals, and business objectives are communicated effectively to the entire team, and prioritized appropriately.
  • Digital Media Expertise: Leverage strong omnichannel knowledge of primary performance and brand channels including Paid Search & Shopping, Social, Display & Streaming, and Marketplaces. Understand how paid, organic, and owned channels interplay to drive effective cross-channel media strategy.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead the development and delivery of strategic media plans (Annual, Quarterly, Seasonal, Ad Hoc) informed by data-driven analysis, competitive intelligence, audience research, and industry trends. Tell a compelling, impactful story, ensuring clear alignment of channel recommendations with client business goals. Equip clients with the knowledge and confidence to speak about strategic directions and decisions, reinforcing their trust in our expertise.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurtures client relationships rooted in trust, building rapport with all client stakeholders, proactively addressing client needs and resolving challenges in a timely manner. Identify high-value moments to present, connect, and meet with the key client stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships, provide insight, and influence change
  • Team Leadership & Development: Oversee the delivery team managing individual channel activity for clients, ensuring every deliverable ladders back to client objectives, and is delivered on time and with exceptional quality of work. Providing frequent updates and feedback regarding how we need to engage and deliver for the clients. Build a culture of accountability, transparency, flexibility, and creativity to promote a high functioning, and satisfied team.
  • People Management: Manage 3-5 direct reports across the Client Partner team and Delivery Channels. Responsible for providing timely feedback, coaching, and evaluation of team members' goals and tasks. Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings to offer ongoing support, ensuring adherence to expectations, and facilitating career growth through clear goal-setting, feedback loops, and educational/training opportunities.
  • Problem Solving: Lead by example with a curious and resourceful approach to addressing your clients’ small and large business challenges. Tap into internal resources and leadership to ideate on solutions. Collaborate agency wide, leaning to ensure client needs are at the forefront and fully integrated into future agency initiatives.
  • Innovation and Thought Leadership: Stay at the forefront of industry, consumer, platform, and relevant vertical trends. Implement cutting-edge tactics and technologies. Drive innovative ideas and approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness and bring true value to our clients.
  • Industry Expertise: Maintain and apply an in-depth knowledge of market developments, emerging trends, and best practices of the client’s business, and the industry overall, to enhance client strategies and recommendations.
  • Client Onboarding & Transitions: Oversee client onboarding, offboarding, and account transitions, ensuring seamless experiences and maximizing account potential through the introduction of new ideas, strategies, and growth opportunities. Ensure we are accurately and efficiently delivering on ad operations (tracking) requirements, and partner with the ad ops team to provide best-in-class guidance for clients where needed.
  • Business Acumen and Financial KPIs: Collaborate closely with Pod Leader and Directors throughout the pod to achieve financial targets and objectives, ensuring efficiency with staffing plans and allocations as well as client margin

Professional Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Media Client Delivery roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns
  • 4+ years of people management experience
  • 4+ years of ecommerce experience; ideally in Apparel or Footwear vertical
  • Extensive experience managing integrated media campaigns, including performance media & digital brand activations
  • Expertise in multiple digital platforms (Google, Meta, DV360, etc) and with a deep understanding of how they work together to achieve topline and total business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams
  • Proven ability to be decisive and true in conviction; driven and logical thinker
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives
  • Competency in using and analyzing data from digital measurement/analytics tools to drive cross-channel optimization decisions (including Google Analytics, as well as 3rd party or homegrown MMM solutions)
  • Hands on experience and understanding of media research tools such as: Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint
