Who we are

We're Redis. We built the product that runs the fast apps our world runs on. (If you checked the weather, used your credit card, or looked at your flight status online today, you’re welcome.) At Redis, you’ll work with the fastest, simplest technology in the business—whether you’re building it, telling its story, or selling it to our 10,000+ worldwide customers. We’re creating a faster world with simpler experiences. You in?

Why would you love this job?

At Redis, we want our internal systems to run just like our products with a focus on speed, scale, and simplicity. As Director of Business Systems, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of the internal platforms that enable Redis to operate as a world-class, high-growth SaaS company. You’ll work at the intersection of Finance, Sales, Marketing, People, and Operations to ensure our systems are seamlessly integrated, secure, and empowering teams to do their best work. If you’re passionate about building scalable systems, driving automation, and enabling collaboration across a global workforce, this role is your chance to make a company-wide impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and execute the multi-year strategy for Redis’ business systems, ensuring alignment with company growth and global scale.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies to support Redis’ business and collaboration needs.
  • Oversee the architecture, integrations, and optimization of our ERP (NetSuite), CRM (Salesforce), HRIS(Greenhouse & HiBob), Collaboration (G-Suite, Slack, Zoom & Atlassian) and related business-critical platforms.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, GTM, and People teams to streamline processes, improve data integrity, and support operational excellence.
  • Lead efforts to unify and optimize collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, project management tools) to ensure seamless global communication.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Business Systems team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks for change management, data quality, and system security.
  • Champion automation and AI-driven solutions that eliminate friction, accelerate workflows, and scale with Redis’ rapid growth.

What will you need to have?

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business systems, enterprise applications, or IT, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday (or equivalents), and collaboration platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom).
  • Proven ability to design and execute a scalable systems strategy for a global SaaS or technology company.
  • Expertise in system integrations (API, middleware) and data governance.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading global teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels.
  • A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Extra great if you have:

  • Experience with open source software
  • Familiarity with ITIL and Agile frameworks
  • Experience in high-growth, developer-focused SaaS companies.
  • Hands-on leadership of ERP/CRM migrations or multi-system integrations.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics, data warehousing, and BI solutions to drive insights.
  • Knowledge of compliance and security frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO27001) in a SaaS environment.
  • A track record of driving automation and leveraging AI/ML to optimize business workflows.

We give back to our employees:

Our culture is what makes Redis a fun and rewarding place to work. To support you at work and beyond, we offer all our US team members fantastic benefits and perks:

  • Competitive salaries and equity grants
  • Unlimited time off to promote a healthy work-life balance
  • H/D/V coverage along with 401K, FSA, and commuter benefits
  • Frequent team celebrations and recreation events
  • Home internet & phone stipend
  • Learning and development opportunities
  • Ability to influence a high-performance company on its way to IPO

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $181,000 – $215,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions.
