About The Role

Responsible for leading the Go-to-Market (GTM) Business Systems team and ensuring the effective operation and optimization of the sales and marketing applications and systems. Oversees the implementation, maintenance, and support of critical business systems for the sales and marketing teams.

In This Role, You Will: 

System Administration and Maintenance

  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of key business systems for the Sales and Marketing teams (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Gong)

  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and security

  • Develop and implement system upgrades and patches

  • Create new opportunities to bring in AI into the workflow to improve existing systems and processes

Project Management

  • Lead and manage business systems projects from initiation to completion

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope

  • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery

Team Leadership and Development

  • Manage and mentor the Business Systems team

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback

  • Identify training needs and facilitate professional development

Minimum Qualifications:

  •  8+ years of experience in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or related fields

  • 3+ years in leadership roles in a high-growth SaaS environment

  • Proven success leading the design, implementation, and optimization of core business systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, Marketo etc.) to support go-to-market, marketing, and customer success teams

  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, metrics (e.g., ARR, ACV, Churn), and end-to-end revenue processes

  • Demonstrated ability to scale systems and processes in dynamic, fast-paced environments—balancing short-term needs with long-term scalability

  • Hands-on experience with systems architecture, integration strategies, and low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Workato, Zapier, Tray.io)

  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills, with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives on time and within scope

  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, with a builder’s mindset and a strong bias for action

  • Experience managing or collaborating with third-party vendors, consultants, or offshore development teams

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; Masters in technical field or relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce, PMP, Six Sigma)

  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, GDPR, or SOX
