Since 2024, we have worked with major corporations to invest over $7 billion in clean energy projects, including some of the industry's largest tax credit transactions. We are a fast-growing and profitable mission-driven company, fueled by an expert 25+ person team that knows how to get things done.

Our founders, Billy Lee and Andy Moon, are second-time entrepreneurs and were early pioneers in solar tax equity and project finance. Our team is filled with experienced leaders from SunEdison, SolarCity, Tesla, GoodLeap, and other leading clean energy companies. We’re proud of maintaining a strong mission-driven company culture that values creativity, collaboration, and speed … while still having fun.

We look for curious, smart, and kind colleagues with an entrepreneurial streak (we have quite a few ex-entrepreneurs on our team). Reunion is a great place to learn from energy finance experts and play a critical role in deploying clean energy technologies such as battery storage, nuclear, manufacturing, solar, and wind.

Our ideal candidate has experience managing high-profile customer accounts, is a creative and strategic seller, and has a talent for connecting with people.

  • Personally lead pursuit of high priority sales prospects, utilizing both your network and creative, thoughtful campaigns to advance high-value opportunities.

  • Operate as a hunter-minded senior leader — engaging directly with prospects, navigating complex buying processes, and driving deals forward with urgency.

  • Build a strong pipeline of referral relationships with professional services firms and ecosystem partners who can consistently source new opportunities for Reunion.

  • Drive Reunion's visibility in the market through thought leadership — owning the company's presence at conferences, panels, and industry forums to spur new conversations.

  • Work closely with Reunion's leadership team to identify and pursue new ways to capture the attention of Fortune 500 clients.

What you’ll need
  • Expertise in clean energy finance or in tax, and willingness to dig into the details

  • Excellent client-facing presence

  • Talent for unlocking new business

  • A track record of accomplishment in early-stage or entrepreneurial settings

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience working in a high-growth environment

  • NOTE: Reunion is an equal opportunity employer. You're encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't line up exactly with the job description.
