The Opportunity
Duetto has set the benchmark in hotel revenue management. Now, we are moving beyond that benchmark to create a new category in hospitality technology: the Revenue & Profit Operating System for the hospitality industry. This is a rare opportunity for a senior brand and communications leader to take a market-leading company and elevate it to a whole new level.

We are looking for a proven, visionary brand and communications expert to help us punch out of the sea of sameness in B2B, claim category leadership, and create a brand that is both unforgettable and envy-inducing. This role will be central to building a brand and narrative that excites the industry, resonates with global hotel groups, drives measurable performance, and earns recognition across the wider tech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Define and evolve Duetto’s global brand strategy, creating a distinctive, differentiated positioning that supports category creation.
  • Establish a bold, authoritative brand identity that combines creativity with enterprise trust.
  • Create a unique, human tone of voice that is clear, confident, and memorable — cutting through the noise of generic B2B messaging.
  • Ensure the brand is consistently expressed across all channels, regions, and customer touchpoints.

Brand Measurement & Impact

  • Develop and manage a robust framework for tracking brand health and effectiveness.
  • Link brand investments directly to business outcomes including demand generation, pipeline acceleration, pricing power, and customer preference.
  • Report brand performance to senior leadership and board level.

Communications & Storytelling

  • Lead global communications strategy to build reputation, trust, and awareness across target audiences.
  • Create compelling narratives that articulate our value proposition with clarity and impact.
  • Translate complex data into newsworthy insights, building stories that earn coverage and influence industry discourse.
  • Shape and implement an internal communications strategy and plan that strengthens alignment, transparency, and engagement across a global, remote team.

Public Relations & Corporate Communications

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, analysts, and industry influencers.
  • Develop proactive PR campaigns that position Duetto as the authoritative voice in the market.
  • Manage external communications for M&A, investment rounds, partnerships, and key business milestones, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and investor expectations.
  • Leverage customer stories, data, and market insights to generate consistent earned coverage.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to ensure brand and comms strategies directly support go-to-market execution.
  • Manage and inspire internal and external creative and communications teams.
  • Be a visible leader who champions creativity, high standards, and results across the organization.

Experience and skills

  • 10+ years’ experience in senior brand, communications, or PR roles, experience and knowledge of technology or SaaS is key but broad industry experience preferred.
  • Proven record of building world-class brands and positioning companies to create or lead new categories.
  • Expertise in brand strategy, identity, and measurement, with the ability to connect brand investment to pipeline, revenue, and pricing power.
  • Strong track record in corporate communications and PR, including M&A, funding rounds, and major business announcements.
  • Ability to turn complex data and insights into compelling, newsworthy stories for media, analysts, and customers.
  • Experienced in shaping a distinctive, human tone of voice and delivering campaigns that balance creativity with measurable impact.
  • A strategic thinker who is also a hands-on operator — equally comfortable setting direction and executing at pace.
  • An effective leader and collaborator, able to inspire teams and partners while operating confidently at C-suite and board level.
  • Global perspective, with experience managing brands across multiple regions and markets.
