OneMagnify is an AI native, platform-enabled B2B digital agency operating at the intersection of data, technology, and creativity. We help complex organizations drive measurable business outcomes by building smarter customer experiences and delivering highly integrated solutions across digital, media, and technology. By combining deep industry expertise with advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, we enable our clients to make better decisions, move faster, and compete more effectively in dynamic markets.

OneMagnify is looking for a Director of Artificial Intelligence to own the strategic direction and execution of AI across the company. This is a senior leadership role that sits at the intersection of technology, data, and client outcomes — shaping how AI is built, deployed, and scaled inside an agency that has made AI central to how it operates. You'll lead cross-functional teams, define the AI roadmap, and translate complex technical capabilities into measurable business results for clients and the organization alike.

The Impact You'll Have

AI at OneMagnify isn't a feature — it's foundational to how we build and deliver work. In this role, you'll define what "AI-native" actually means in practice: how models get built, how solutions get deployed, and how the organization grows its capabilities over time. Your decisions will shape the tools, frameworks, and culture that OneMagnify's teams rely on every day.

You'll directly influence outcomes for clients operating in B2B, automotive, industrials, and enterprise technology — helping them move faster, personalize at scale, and make smarter decisions through AI-powered solutions. Whether that's a machine learning model that improves audience targeting, a generative AI tool embedded in a CRM workflow, or a computer vision application built for a complex industrial client, your work connects technical depth to real business value.

This role also carries a strong organizational mandate. You'll work closely with strategy, engineering, analytics, and creative leadership to embed AI thinking across disciplines — and you'll build the team structures, career pathways, and ethical frameworks that allow OneMagnify to scale those capabilities responsibly.

What You’ll Do:Set and Execute the AI Roadmap
  • Establish the organization's AI vision and translate it into a prioritized roadmap aligned to business goals and client needs

  • Define how AI initiatives — from foundational R&D to deployed production systems — are resourced, sequenced, and measured

  • Connect technical investments to ROI, making the case for AI priorities to both internal leadership and clients

Lead AI Research and Applied Development
  • Oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of AI models and solutions across machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI
  • Ensure solutions are built for scale, reliability, and real-world performance — not just proof of concept
  • Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and evaluate their relevance to OneMagnify's client work and internal operations
Build and Develop the AI Team
  • Lead, mentor, and grow cross-functional engineering teams — from individual contributors to technical leads and managers
  • Partner with HR to build career progression frameworks, performance structures, and succession plans that attract and retain strong technical talent
  • Create an environment where learning and experimentation are expected, not exceptional
Drive AI Adoption Across OneMagnify
  • Collaborate with strategy, analytics, creative, and delivery teams to identify where AI can improve processes, accelerate timelines, or unlock new capabilities
  • Champion AI integration into client engagements across Martech, Adtech, customer analytics, personalization, and audience intelligence
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients, translating complex AI concepts into clear business rationale
Establish Responsible AI Practices
  • Define and enforce guidelines that ensure AI solutions are transparent, fair, and aligned with ethical standards, industry regulations, and privacy requirements
  • Build governance processes that scale as AI use expands across the organization
What you’ll need:
  • 10+ years of experience leading AI and machine learning initiatives, with a proven track record of deploying large-scale AI solutions in business environments
  • Deep technical expertise across machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI frameworks
  • Background working across data, analytics, and AI initiatives in Martech, Adtech, customer analytics, personalization, or audience intelligence environments
  • Experience in B2B, automotive, industrials, or enterprise technology — with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies
  • Demonstrated success structuring and leading multi-tiered technical teams, including experience managing managers and technical leads
  • Strong ability to bridge technical work and business strategy — communicating AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and executive audiences
  • Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. Additional AI/ML certifications are a plus.
  • Background in integrated marketing, digital agency, marketing services, or consulting environments preferred
Future-Ready Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Experience designing or scaling AI-native workflows within an agency or digital services environment
  • Familiarity with Martech and Adtech platforms and how AI integrates into CRM, personalization, or media execution
  • Hands-on exposure to generative AI application development and operationalization (beyond research or evaluation)
  • Experience building responsible AI governance frameworks in client-facing or regulated environments
  • Comfort working in platform-based delivery models where AI capabilities are productized or embedded across client solutions
