Position Summary
As the Director of Advisor Impact, your primary responsibility is to manage and nurture relationships with financial advisors and other wealth management professionals. Your focus will be on understanding their unique needs and providing them with the necessary tools and resources to effectively serve their clients. In this role, you will work collaboratively with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to ensure that advisors have access to the most up-to-date information. You will also be responsible for providing education and training to advisors on products and services, market trends, and industry regulations.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with financial advisors: This involves conducting regular meetings, providing support, and understanding their unique needs.
  • Providing education and training to advisors: This includes educating advisors on products and services, market trends, and implementation strategies.
  • Creating a timely and relevant curriculum for advisors on a monthly/quarterly basis, distributed virtually and in person
  • Participate in planning and delivering the Good Life Annual Advisor Conference
  • Provide Practice Level Insights to EVP and Leadership Team, focusing on trends and opportunities in the Good Life Advisor population.
  • Collaborating with internal teams: This involves working closely with internal teams such as product development and marketing to ensure that advisors have access to the most up-to-date information.
  • Conducting research and analysis: This involves analyzing industry trends and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Support the Good Life Performance Enhancement Team through tracking advisor performance, analyzing data, and providing feedback and recommendations to help them improve.
  • Support the growth of Good Life’s Prime Partnership platform by developing data-driven insights, criteria, and recommendations that inform targeted engagement strategies.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Identify, solve for, and communicate opportunities of growth and untapped resources with the executive leadership team.
  • Talk with and visit existing clients to understand, evaluate, and guide opportunities for same-store sales.
  • Manage and evaluate direct reports to empower and guide their success while considering the client-facing value of their products and services.
  • Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure the Performance Enhancement Team is aligned and supportive.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field of study required.
  • Master of Business Administration, Finance, or Economics preferred.
  • 5 years of progressive sales and/or business development experience within the financial industry required. Advisor Support Roles Preferred
  • 3 years + Wholesaling, Educating
  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems (including Salesforce) preferred.
  • Coaching Certifications preferred
  • Series 7, 66, and 24 preferred
