Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Head of Investment Products, the Director, Investment Program Management leads a team responsible for providing life-cycle product management and driving the AUM and revenue growth by expanding the reach and scalability of Adhesion model marketplace. This role will oversee the manager onboarding, manage relationships with asset managers, and develop commercial alignment with key strategic partners. The Director will collaborate with senior leadership at both AssetMark and Adhesion to define the scope and roadmap for Adhesion’s suite of investment solutions and programs to achieve the firm’s long-term strategic objectives.
The Director will support new investment products and capabilities, including business case development, product launch, go-to-market strategy, and work in collaboration with Adhesion’s distribution team to drive successful advisor adoption. A key focus of this role is building for scale, designing and implementing repeatable and scalable processes to create a best-in-class model marketplace for asset managers and advisors

Job Responsibilities
Provide strategic planning and development support, including market analysis and client feedback to inform product roadmap, distribution and investment activities.
Drive business case development with supporting analytics, competitive research, market opportunity sizing, and conduct financial modeling and assessments of other key quantitative or qualitative attributes for new product or revenue program development
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives with advisor needs and investment product objectives, ensuring successful execution
Own the complete product life-cycle of the Adhesion model marketplace, ensuring it remains competitive and meets long-term strategic direction as well as operational and financial objectives while always emphasizing the overall client experience.
Manage, evaluate and enhance strategic partnerships to align with business objectives and growth strategies.
Represent Adhesion’s investment products and programs to sales teams, internal stakeholders, and third-party managers by providing thought leadership and driving alignment to achieve asset adoption and improve client experience.
Design, streamline, and implement scalable processes and operational frameworks supporting the product life-cycle that enhance platform efficiency and support long-term growth.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
· Requires 10+ years of experience in financial services; must have product development experience in asset management and/or investment platform, with a proven track record of driving commercial outcomes through new products and partnerships.
Requires experience in the RIA business, and deep understanding of the asset and wealth management industry, including trends in products and programs
Strong knowledge of financial markets including knowledge of public equity and fixed income securities, derivative instruments, and private markets, including real assets

Solid understanding of Broker-Dealer and RIA distribution channels, including an understanding of how wealth management platform and asset managers engage with distributors and financial advisors
Excellent analytical/conceptual problem-solving skills, with ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative approaches to develop actionable recommendations
Ability to engage credibly with sales, advisors, and senior executives, and external partners.
Outstanding people leadership and culture-building skills, encouraging a high-energy, high-achievement culture balanced with respect and warmth.
Superb skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required.
Bachelor's degree required. MBA and CFA preferred
Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $160,000-$180,000.
This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.
