Digital Strategy Manager

What does a successful Digital Strategy Manager do? 

As a Digital Strategy Manager at Fiserv, you will lead the digital content creation strategy aligned to our business imperatives and key focus areas, increasing brand awareness via digital channels. This role combines technical expertise with creative thinking and outstanding communication skills. You will analyze user data, gather requirements, initiate projects, and execute effective digital marketing strategies, ensuring projects are completed accurately and timely across all Fiserv business areas. The Digital Strategy Manager is key to growing our business, customer base, and improving user experience.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with business marketers to ensure appropriate representation of solutions and capabilities on Fiserv digital properties.
  • Create web pages on fiserv.com using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS.
  • Ensure quality web content is responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Manage and monitor website accessibility to ensure ADA compliance standards are met.
  • Manage a team of contractors and agency resources to deliver professional-quality content for fiserv.com, microsites, marketing campaigns, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Work closely with brand, design, and editorial teams to ensure excellent online copy and web design.
  • Collaborate with product marketing teams, business unit marketers, and User Experience and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) teams to create world-class customer experiences.
  • Analyze and track web traffic and SEO metrics, suggesting solutions to boost web presence.
  • Monitor market trends, digital enhancements, new technologies, and competition for continuous improvement of web properties.

What you will need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience with web design
  • Experience with CMS environments and HTML coding.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.

What would be great to have:

  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven. environment, with proven ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities.
  • Experience communicating, collaborating, and synthesizing feedback across multi-disciplinary teams such as product, strategy, marketing, and/or creative teams.
  • Experience in problem-solving and working independently.
  • Experience with analytical and project management skills.

Important information about this role:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time and work weekends/evenings, as necessary.
  • In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship now or in the future.
  • This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
