Our client is looking for a Digital Strategist to join their dynamic team. Our client is a leading digital marketing agency that has been recognized for its innovative campaigns and significant growth in the legal services sector over the past several years.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content and SEO strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences to enhance search engine rankings.

  • Optimize high-quality, keyword-rich content for superior organic visibility, including on-page elements like headlines, meta titles, descriptions, and alt tags.

  • Manage and maintain a content calendar to guarantee consistent and timely content publication.

  • Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering strategic guidance.

  • Collaborate closely with their Director of Digital Strategy and the writing team to ensure content performance goals are met.

  • Partner with SEO Specialists to recommend and implement technical and strategic site improvements.

  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, analysis, and integration into content plans.

  • Perform comprehensive website audits to identify areas for improvement and potential issues.

  • Establish measurable goals to demonstrate the effectiveness and ROI of marketing initiatives.

  • Track, analyze, and report on content performance and website metrics to identify trends and optimize strategies.

  • Maintain clear and efficient communication with cross-functional team members to align on project goals.

  • Stay current with the latest industry trends and best practices in content marketing and SEO.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in SEO strategy and content marketing.

  • Familiarity with WordPress or similar content management systems.

  • Proven, solid understanding of modern SEO techniques and principles.

  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Semrush.

  • A portfolio demonstrating proven success with previous campaigns and clients.

  • Experience using project management software to organize content calendars and workflows.

Qualifications

  • A self-motivated individual who thrives in a remote work environment.

  • Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to distill and explain complex topics effectively to team members and clients.

  • Understands how different digital marketing tactics interact and impact each other.

  • A creative and proactive thinker who can make strategic recommendations to improve client outcomes.

  • Experience working within the legal industry or with law firm clients is a significant advantage.

  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define website functionality and offer creative solutions for enhancements.
