Job Description:

At Regions, the Digital Strategic Insights and Optimization Function Manager contributes to the development of Digital strategy by creating business insights through data analysis and research. This position directly informs strategy related to Digital products and services, including enhancing customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Contributes to strategic development and planning for Digital using business insights
  • Ensures the accurate measurement of Digital performance metrics and alignment with the overall Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data (TODD) group
  • Manages relationships with third-party Digital Benchmarking service providers
  • Serves as a shared services resource for stakeholders across the organization to drive product performance metrics, revenue and expense opportunities, business case analyses, as well as ensure alignment with overall Digital strategy
  • Uses data to identify patterns, formulate insights, and communicate findings to business leaders
  • Assists with setting and tracking performance on Digital Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Creates complex, informational presentations for various audiences including executives, senior and mid-level managers, and shareholders
  • Proactively monitors trends in the industry and seeks opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Participates in applicable working groups
  • Partners with Data & Analytics in the development and maintenance of relevant analytics dashboards

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

This is a single incumbent position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field and Seven (7) years of experience in Digital or closely related experience within the financial services industry
  • Or High School Diploma or GED with eleven (11) years of experience in Digital or closely related experience within the financial services industry
  • Broad understanding of how digital plays an impact on the financial services industry

Preferences

  • Prior experience applying statistical skills such as distributions, statistical testing, and regression analysis
  • Prior experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau and QlikView
  • Prior experience using relational databases such as SQL and Oracle

  • Ability to communicate to influence key stakeholders to take a desired action
  • Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Broad understanding of how digital plays an impact on the financial services industry
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital industry landscape

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Job Range Target:

Minimum:

$135,481.50 USD

Median:

$169,810.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan. Employees are eligible to receive a discretionary award based on individual, business, and/or company performance.Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
