As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving KNOREX’s business growth, revenue expansion, and entry into new verticals and markets. We are looking for an energetic, high-performing, and strategic sales leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and build a strong, sustainable sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have strong consultative selling, business development, and relationship management skills, with the ability to understand and address the evolving digital marketing and advertising needs of clients. You will work closely with our SDR, Solutions Architect, and Account Management teams to develop opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue.

You will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging prospective clients, developing opportunities through the sales funnel, converting prospects into customers, and driving adoption of the KNOREX XPO platform and associated solutions and services.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities across media agencies, brands, and mid-market enterprises, while expanding KNOREX’s presence in existing and emerging markets.
  • Strategic Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and senior stakeholders. Understand their business and marketing objectives and position KNOREX solutions to address their evolving needs.
  • Consultative Selling: Leverage a consultative sales approach to understand customer challenges, identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and articulate clear business value.
  • Product & Solution Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of KNOREX XPO, product capabilities, value proposition, pricing, packaging, and proposal models to effectively position solutions throughout the sales cycle.
  • Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies aligned with company revenue, growth, and profitability objectives, consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management: Build, manage, and continuously strengthen a healthy sales pipeline. Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, sales activities, account strategies, forecasts, and reporting.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with SDRs, Solutions Architects, Account Managers, Product, and other internal teams to ensure effective opportunity qualification, solution development, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively engage qualified leads and prospects, conduct discovery discussions, deliver product presentations/demos, manage negotiations, and drive opportunities through to successful closure.
  • Market & Industry Development: Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and new business opportunities to support expansion into new verticals, geographies, and market segments.
  • Professional Representation: Represent KNOREX with a high degree of professionalism and credibility in client meetings, industry events, conferences, networking forums, and other business development opportunities.
  • Performance & Reporting: Track sales performance, provide regular updates on pipeline and revenue forecasts, and leverage sales insights to continuously improve conversion and business development strategies.

Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: 5+ years of proven success in Digital Media, AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or Programmatic Advertising sales, with a strong track record of driving new business and revenue growth.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including ad networks, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, media buying, and the broader digital advertising landscape.
  • Revenue Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, quotas, and revenue goals, with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
  • Growth-Stage Experience: Proven experience contributing to the scaling of an AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS business to $30M+ ARR, with hands-on involvement in building and expanding the sales organization, pipeline, and revenue streams.
  • Enterprise & Consultative Selling: Strong consultative selling, negotiation, solution positioning, and closing skills, with experience managing and closing high-value, 6–7 figure deals.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Proven ability to establish and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives, senior decision-makers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Business Development: Strong ability to identify new market opportunities, develop strategic accounts, build a healthy sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
  • Leadership & Ownership: Highly driven, self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of sales initiatives and outcomes in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with SDR, Solutions Architecture, Account Management, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Hands-on, agile, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
  • Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technology and business value to senior stakeholders.
