This role is initially a 6 Month contract to support the launch of the SOPHiA GENETICS Digital Community, with scope for longer opportunity. Make the most of our hybrid work schedule, allowing 2 days per week from home and 3 days per week in our beautiful Rolle HQ.

Your mission
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the pending launch of the SOPHiA GENETICS Digital Community.
The value you bring:
- Support/Lead the ongoing build and design of the Digital Community Platform (utilising Gainsight), and manage content structure in collaboration with Graphic Design, Content & Digital Marketing colleagues.
- Support the community with onboarding new members, setting up user roles and responding to member inquiries
- Track engagement metrics and analyse user feedback to enhance community experience and suggest platform improvements
- Support the technical integration of the community platform with Salesforce and Pardot
We know that every background is different, but to be best set for success we see you bringing:
- 5+ Years in Digital Marketing
- Direct working experience building, managing or supporting a digital community (and familiar with platforms – Ideally Gainsight)
- Understanding of web-based applications, user experience (UX) principle and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS all valuable
- Proven ability to drive data analysis, with reporting skills to track user engagement
