Toronto, Canada (with international/remote collaboration)

Years of Experience

5+ years digital project management experience

Role Overview

As a Digital Project Manager on Bold AI’s Flywheel team, you’ll keep fast-moving digital initiatives organized, on time, and on budget. You’ll coordinate cross-functional work across marketing, creative, and operations—tracking milestones, managing deliverables, and ensuring stakeholders have clarity from kickoff through launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience managing social media production workflows (briefing, reviews, approvals, scheduling)

  • Own end-to-end project coordination for digital marketing initiatives across channels (web, email, paid, and organic social)

  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking to keep work moving predictably

  • Manage day-to-day communication with internal stakeholders and external partners; run check-ins and status updates

  • Track deliverables and dependencies across social platforms and digital campaigns to ensure on-time launches

  • Support budget tracking and basic budget control: estimates, spend pacing, and vendor coordination as needed

  • Maintain clear documentation (briefs, requirements, change requests, and approvals) to reduce rework and ambiguity

  • Identify risks early, propose solutions, and escalate blockers with context and options

  • Help improve team workflows by refining templates, processes, and reporting for repeatable execution

What You Bring
  • Foundational project management skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Comfort managing timelines, priorities, and multiple workstreams in a deadline-driven environment

  • Working knowledge of digital marketing and social media concepts (content calendars, campaign launches, platform nuances)

  • Ability to communicate clearly with both creative and non-creative stakeholders

  • Basic experience with budget tracking and vendor/partner coordination (or strong willingness to learn)

  • Strong organizational habits: documentation, task tracking, and proactive updates

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, digital marketing operations, agency work, or similar roles

Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with common project tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Notion, Monday.com) and collaboration tools (Google Workspace/Slack)

  • Exposure to performance reporting for digital campaigns (basic KPIs, pacing, and post-launch retrospectives)

Role Details
  • Team: Flywheel

  • Focus: Milestones, budgets, timelines, and deliverables across digital initiatives

  • Collaborative, cross-functional environment with international stakeholders
