 Position Overview

As a Digital Project Manager, you will provide critical support to fulfilling the mission of Zero Studios with an opportunity to learn and work alongside a passionate and talented team. An entrepreneurial spirit that is able to handle multiple work-streams with an attention to detail and pro-active thinking is paramount. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the projects are executed in a successful manner.

You’ll be working directly alongside our Managing Director & Account Director(s) to manage 3-6 accounts and projects ranging across website, branding, and digital marketing. We are looking for someone who has a strong foundation in primarily e-commerce and branding, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and has the passion to manage and add value to each phase of a project.

You will be managing a broad range of tasks related to project planning and execution. Attention to detail and communication skills are a must. Understanding the broader context of the project and being able to craft a solid roadmap, think pro-actively, and align on expectations with the client will be key to success.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Establish a clear plan and roadmap for every project and ensure all executions meet scope expectations, as well as achieve the quality expected at Zero
  • Guide small to medium and multi-disciplinary teams in the day-to-day; clearly communicate tasks and deadlines and ensure that the team has what they need to successfully execute 
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent client projects
  • Develop and manage timelines, budgets, scopes, and resource plans in collaboration with the Operations & Accounts teams
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Track project progress and adjust schedules or scopes as needed to mitigate risks
  • Facilitate internal team meetings, status calls, and client check-ins
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
  • Manage feedback loops, revisions, and approval processes efficiently
  • Understand UX/UI Principles: Ability to interpret wireframes, prototypes, and design systems and to flag potential challenges and/or risks in early stages of the process
  • Collaborate with Account Directors & Project Leads to align project goals with client objectives

Skills & Competencies
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce and platforms like Shopify, and common integrations such as Klaviyo, Yotpo, etc. 
  • Experience with Asana, Gira, or similar product management and task management tools
  • Expertise in one or more of the following: launching a website, launching a marketing campaign, concepting and rollout of a rebranding effort, concepting digital or traditional campaigns.

Experience
  • 1-3 years experience in an agency or marketing role in a design driven environment
 Reporting Structure
  • This position reports to an Account Director

Working Location
  • Zero has physical studio spaces in Brooklyn and Milwaukee. Staff are expected to occasionally work in these locations during the work week. Additional details can be discussed during the interview process.
 Full Time Benefits
  • Annual Salary in the range of $50,000 - $75,000
