What you'll do
Program & Project Management (PMO):
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of global deployments for our procurement platforms, including sprint prioritization, user acceptance testing (UAT), and governance reviews.
- Provide critical "hypercare" support during go-live periods to ensure a smooth transition and rapid user adoption.
- Own and maintain core PMO artifacts, including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, project plans, and decision trackers.
- Prepare and contribute to materials for high-visibility forums, including Steering Committees and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Analytics & Reporting:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance key dashboards for Spend Under Management (SUM), savings pipeline tracking, and operational SLA adherence.
- Perform data cleansing, consolidation, and analysis from various sources to generate actionable insights and prepare executive-level reports.
- Leverage tools like Celonis and Alteryx to conduct process mining, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Digital Transformation & Technology Enablement:
- Become a subject matter expert on our procurement tech stack to identify underutilized features and drive ROI.
- Support the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, including AI-driven solutions for contract review, spend analytics, and supplier insights.
Communications & Change Management:
- Develop and maintain a library of training and enablement resources, including user guides, wikis, and onboarding materials.
- Execute change management campaigns and deliver training sessions to drive adoption of new systems and policies across a global user base.
- Manage communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, finance operations, program management, or a related analytical field.
- Proven success managing complex, cross-functional technology projects from start to finish.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive sense of ownership, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively across all levels.
- A natural problem-solver who is adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Direct experience with procurement platforms (Zip, Coupa) or our tech stack (Ironclad, Celonis, Tableau).
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.
- Experience with large-scale ERP systems like Oracle or SAP.
- Project or change management certifications (PMP, Prosci, Agile/Scrum).
