If you want to work on the hardest, most exciting problems in applied AI for manufacturing, this is the team.
Agentic Product Delivery
- Lead the definition and delivery of agentic AI experiences for manufacturing: define agent use cases, behaviours, user experiences, and success criteria, partnering with the engineers, data scientists, and architects who own the technical build.
- Rapidly prototype and mock agent experiences with customers and manufacturing SMEs to test ideas, validate value, and shape solutions before build.
- Co-own agent evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop oversight models as the product quality bar for every release.
- Transform manufacturing knowledge and SME expertise into reusable, scalable intelligence assets that power agent capabilities, including the evolution of DOC from a content-centric platform to an agent-enabled experience.
Product Strategy, Roadmap & Adoption
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for agentic capabilities, including the evolution of DOC into an AI-powered manufacturing intelligence platform aligned to the IMEx operating system.
- Apply modern product management practices - customer discovery, product visioning, journey mapping, experimentation, backlog management, and value realization - prioritising investment based on user needs, business value, technical feasibility, and organisational readiness.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring products and agents address meaningful manufacturing challenges and create measurable value.
- Lead co-creation workshops, product discovery activities, pilot programmes, demonstrations, and feedback cycles with manufacturing stakeholders.
- Develop and execute adoption strategies that maximise utilisation, engagement, and business impact, championing product-led thinking across Digital Manufacturing and manufacturing stakeholders.
Agent Lifecycle & Operations
- Own the lifecycle of manufacturing agents from concept through deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement in production.
- Define agent value propositions, success metrics, and adoption strategies for each capability release.
- Drive continuous enhancement of deployed agents using evaluation results, user feedback, operational insights, and product performance data.
Governance & Responsible AI
- Establish governance frameworks supporting AI and agentic product development, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure Digital Manufacturing Agents products align with Pfizer requirements for Responsible AI, cybersecurity, data governance, quality, validation, and compliance.
- Define processes for agent evaluation, performance monitoring, change management, human oversight, and risk management within regulated manufacturing environments.
- Partner with Quality, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, and Engineering teams to ensure compliant and scalable delivery.
Value Realisation & Scale
- Define product success metrics and value-realisation frameworks for AI and agentic solutions.
- Measure impact through improvements in knowledge accessibility, colleague productivity, decision quality, operational performance, and IMEx maturity.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful capabilities across manufacturing sites and business units.
- Champion the transformation of manufacturing digital products from information repositories into intelligent digital teammates that empower manufacturing colleagues and accelerate operational excellence.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in manufacturing or regulated operations environments (pharma/biotech, medical devices, or similar), with working knowledge of manufacturing digital systems (e.g., MES, historians, LIMS) and integration patterns.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
- Strong product and project management skills with demonstrated delivery experience - owning roadmaps, priorities, budgets, stakeholders, and outcomes end-to-end across business and IT/OT.
- Experience defining and delivering AI-enabled products (e.g., copilots, decision support, agents), translating user needs into requirements and measurable outcomes.
