Overivew:

Revvity Signals is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with media planning experience in a critical role on our Global Media team. You will be a key contributor to Revvity Signals digital audience campaign strategies and will be a lead for the creation and management of digital media, audience research & strategy of your assigned audiences, including the effective communication of our global strategy driven through regional and agency teams for local execution, providing guidance on the role of media and proposed channel mix, as well as messaging guidance across the funnel stages.

You will also help us enhance customer and prospect engagement to achieve pipeline growth objectives, attract and convert qualified leads, and implement a digital account-based marketing strategy. You will work closely with product management, field marketing, and a wider marketing ecosystem including Customer Success and Marketing Operations colleagues to create an integrated digital marketing strategy, delivering on digital tactics that are optimized to drive pipeline/revenue growth. This is a fully remote opportunity!

Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Superior media planning skills with a strong operational spirit to help build the systems and reporting that trackers and reports out success.
  • You must be able to think strategically about the business, always thinking through how your decisions integrate with broader product, business and marketing strategy.
  • You will integrate into an incredibly smart group of people and will take an active part in building and innovating on our eCommerce media practice. Your advanced media planning skills are a critical front-line interface with business stakeholders and must be adept at translating your strategic media goals into actionable campaigns and media recommendations.
  • Develop and present strategic, multi-channel media plans that meet business objectives.
  • Project management: Manage the day-to-day planning and implementation activities.
  • Perform campaign analysis directly relevant to optimization and/or planning and buying decisions. Contribute to campaign analytics and insights development.
  • Take ownership over spec sheets, IO process, and billing reconciliations.
  • Present media plans, reporting and thought leadership to business stakeholders. Aid in development and presentation of media POV's.
  • Remain well-informed of the overall media marketplace inclusive of new opportunities and best practices
  • Maintain accurate budget control and flow of media activity through periodic analyses and projection reports. Prepare media authorizations per approved plans/project requests. Maintain billing and budgeting process.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Strong decisive leadership qualities and someone who is comfortable driving strategic media plans and projects and leading across functional teams with limited oversight.
  • Deep knowledge in digital media and cross-channel media planning. Proven ability to understand and leverage the unique capabilities of each channel to form a cohesive media strategy for assigned audiences and campaigns.
  • Prior background in product marketing processes, measurements, KPIs and executing programs.
  • Ability to proactively identify and solve business problems using media strategy expertise.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members who support media strategy and manage agency execution.
  • Effective communicator (written and verbal) who can effectively express one’s ideas and motivate and influence cross-functional teams to drive progress
  • Proactive thinker with a bias for action and sense of urgency, seizing opportunities to make shifts that will drive material improvement and deliver customer value
  • Proven ability to leverage research to understand audiences: what they need, key challenges, media habits, etc., and apply this knowledge in the form recommendations (journeys, design, offers, messaging, web experiences and content requirements)
  • Proven ability to be detail-oriented and drive cross-functional projects to completion, on deadline
  • You have a collaborative appetite to bring people together.
  • You are team builder and helps take work out of silos and puts them into a group/team context
  • Ability to analyze data and market research.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can take complex ideas and concepts and simplify them to advance your ideas.
  • Experience planning, buying, and executing dynamic digital media plans.
  • Experience with third party ad serving technology.
  • Excellent business planning and presentation skills. A data storyteller who can influence others and build consensus.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in marketing with at least 5 years in managing digital/online marketing programs
  • 2+ years working in a SaaS/B2B direct sales environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Competent analytics experience a huge plus to assist with data gathering projects and dashboard builds that enable continuous learning
  • Prior experience in the scientific and SaaS industry is a plus
  • Ad Agency, Media Buyer or Life Sciences industry experienced preferred

The base salary range for this full-time position is $100,500.00-$125,500.00 with an 8% annual bonus plan. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. ​

Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
