We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Media Lead who will be responsible for for the strategy and execution of Wealth Enhancement’s paid digital media to drive marketing acquisition. This role requires strong data acumen, a proven ability to translate marketing data into actionable insights, a track record of cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication skills. The Digital Media Lead will work closely with internal partners and external agencies to ensure execution of marketing strategies that support growth targets. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $110,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. This role is also eligible for our corporate bonus.
Primary Job Functions:
Digital Campaign Strategy
Drive end-to-end digital campaigns from strategy and development to execution for Wealth Enhancement’s marketing initiatives across SEM, paid social, programmatic (display/video), TC/CTV and more.
Develop and present strategic paid media approaches that demonstrate understanding of platform capabilities, audience segmentation, and alignment with overall business objectives to drive efficient and effective media spend and maximize campaign ROI.
Cultivate strong partnerships with internal content and creative teams and manage external agencies to develop high-impact marketing assets.
Manage budgets for campaigns, partner with agency on effective spend re-allocation, and reconcile actual vs. planned budget.
Performance Optimization
Track campaign performance to ensure ROI and alignment with business goals.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analytics to refine strategies.
Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other campaign experiments to optimize performance, extract insights, and inform data-driven strategies.
Create and deliver weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders — not just numbers, but the why behind them, and strategic recommendations to drive informed decision making and buy in.
Team Collaboration
Partner across content, creative, marketing automation, and sales to ensure cohesive messaging throughout the client lifecycle.
Act as a liaison between the marketing team and external vendors, including ad agencies.
Education/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related field.
A background in financial services or fintech is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years progressive experience in digital marketing campaign management, growth marketing or demand gen, with a demonstrated track record of developing and executing high-impact campaigns.
Experience managing media budgets of $250k+ / month.
Experience on both agency and client side preferred.
Strong proficiency in managing and optimizing digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads and other relevant advertising platforms.
Deep understanding of SEM, PPC, and digital media best practices, with a focus on campaign execution and optimization.
Demonstrated expertise in analyzing campaign metrics, interpreting complex data, and translating insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce) and data visualization platforms is preferred.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex digital marketing concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. Thus, the entire salary range for those who are classified as the Lead level is $87,400.00 to $131,100.00.
