As part of the Marketing Technology Team you will lead large-scale marketing technology transformation programs, helping clients modernize how they connect with their customers through data, technology, and experience. As a Director you will set the strategic direction and drive business growth by overseeing the functional requirements, design, and architecture of marketing ecosystems while fostering impactful executive-level client relations. - Lead pursuits, proposals, and solution development for marketing technology opportunities
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing technology strategy, architecture, and delivery within a consulting, agency, or enterprise environment
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Marketing preferred
- Proven track record of leading multi-platform implementations
- Demonstrating hands-on experience with AI solutions
- Developing and managing large martech transformation programs
- Familiarity with data privacy and governance frameworks
- Understanding of Adobe, Salesforce, and other Martech ecosystems
- Translating complex marketing requirements into technology blueprints
- Overseeing multi-disciplinary teams through end-to-end delivery
- Possessing proven technical fluency with the ability to guide conversations spanning data models and APIs
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
