We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will manage and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, provide data-driven insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies that align with business goals. You will play a key role in improving campaign performance, driving brand awareness, and increasing engagement across various digital platforms.

Hybrid (in Buckhead office every Tuesday)

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Optimization:

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, targeting, and creative updates to ensure high performance and ROI.
  • Develop, build, and analyze email marketing and SMS campaigns to engage and retain customers.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and interpret campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.) to drive strategic decisions.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimize current and future campaigns.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive reports on campaign performance, trends, and outcomes.

Collaboration & Execution:

  • Work closely with designers, content creators, and developers to ensure consistency and quality across all marketing channels.
  • Align with sales and product teams to develop strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to create and refine effective digital marketing strategies.

Market Research & Trend Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer behavior, and emerging digital marketing practices.
  • Conduct market research to inform campaign strategies and identify new growth opportunities.

Budget Management:

  • Monitor campaign budgets to ensure spending is efficient and aligned with objectives.
  • Adjust strategies and tactics as necessary to remain within budget while maximizing performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
