The Digital Marketing Specialist will execute, optimize, and manage digital marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention, track performance metrics, perform A/B testing, and coordinate creative content.
We are seeking a high-impact Sr. Media Buyer to serve as the primary "hands-on-keyboard" engine for our Meta and TikTok growth. This role is built for a technical tactician who lives in the dashboards and understands that in 2026, media buying is a blend of algorithmic mastery, AI-driven creative iteration, and deep subscription unit economics.
You will own the end-to-end execution of our paid social ecosystem. This is an execution-heavy role for a specialist who thrives on the "craft" of campaign setup, data-driven optimizations, and scaling profitable subscription cohorts.
This position is an onsite role requiring you to work in our headquarters located at 4235 Redwood Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90066.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: End-to-end execution of ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. This includes daily "knob-turning"—bidding, budget scaling, and audience refinement.
- AI-Native Workflow (Mandatory): Leverage AI tools (e.g., LLMs for copy, generative AI for visual iterations, or AI-driven attribution tools) to increase creative testing velocity and optimize campaign performance.
- Creative Testing & Iteration: Rapidly test ad formats (Spark Ads, UGC, Carousel) to identify winners. Translate performance data into actionable feedback for creative teams, identifying high-performing hooks to combat fatigue.
- Subscription Lifecycle Focus: Optimize for long-term subscriber health, not just the initial click. Monitor "90-day drop-off" and adjust targeting to acquire high-LTV cohorts.
- Analytics & Scaling: Daily monitoring of ROAS, CPA, and CTR. Increase spend on successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency and monitoring the "payback period."
- Technical Integrity: Ensure all tracking (UTMs, Pixels, and CAPI) is functioning correctly across Shopify, GA4, and our subscription platforms.
Professional Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–5 years of direct experience in digital marketing for a D2C/consumer brand. A track record of working within a subscription-based business model is essential.
- Technical Mastery: Hands-on proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- AI Proficiency: You must demonstrate a workflow that incorporates AI to enhance media buying efficiency and creative production.
- Subscription Tech: Familiarity with subscription apps like Recharge, Skio, or Stay is highly advantageous.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data. You should be comfortable with Google Analytics 4 and attribution platforms (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam).
- Execution-Minded: You are someone who enjoys the technical details of campaign setup and the "craft" of digital marketing. You are an operator at heart.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Maintaining efficiency across paid channels.
- LTV (6-Month & 12-Month): Increasing the projected value of acquired subscriber cohorts.
- ROAS & Conversion Rate: Optimizing the path to purchase for first-time subscribers.
- Churn Rate: Improving retention through optimized targeting and lifecycle messaging.

- Generous PTO + 11 company holidays
- Open sick time
- 100% covered Medical, Dental, Vision for employees
- 401k with match
- Health & Dependent Care Flex Spending Account
