What You'll Do:  

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to help translate the organization’s impact into compelling digital content across web, email, and campaigns by highlighting client outcomes, staff expertise, and program effectiveness in ways that resonate with families, donors, and partners. 

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys hands-on execution, values meaningful work, and is excited to grow their skills in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. 

This position plays a key role in managing our website, executing digital campaigns, optimizing content for search, and supporting email marketing and automation efforts. Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, the Digital Marketing Manager will bring our story to life across digital platforms while helping drive measurable engagement and awareness. 


Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ experience in marketing/communication (Nonprofit communication experience preferred);
  • Skilled in creating powerful, compelling written and oral communications. 
  • Ability to convey complex ideas through brief, simple materials; copywriting skills a plus; 
  • Professional experience with social media management;
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design software;
  • Experience in creating short-form content and video
  • Familiarity with email marketing software) and WordPress;
  • Excellent computer skills, along with the ability to adapt to changing technologies;
  • Superior organizational skills, including managing multiple tasks effectively with strict attention to detail;
  • Professional presentation and ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment;
  • Problem-solver who takes initiative has a “can-do” attitude;
