Digital Marketing Specialist
The Opportunity: 
We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to own and execute day-to-day marketing efforts for FullContact across channels.  From website updates and content creation to email campaigns and performance reporting, this key position will play an important role in shaping how FullContact shows up online, driving engagement, and supporting customer acquisition through consistent, high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities 
Website Management (WordPress) 
  • Own and maintain the FullContact website, ensuring all content is accurate, up to date, and optimized for performance and SEO
  • Build and publish new web pages, including product pages, landing pages, and blog content to support marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Partner closely with design and product teams to enhance user experience (UX) and improve conversion
  • Apply SEO best practices across all website content to improve organic visibility, traffic, and search rankings
Content Creation 
  • Write and publish blog posts, product content, and marketing copy
  • Translate product features and use cases into clear, compelling messaging
  • Support content initiatives that drive organic traffic and engagement
Email Marketing 
  • Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional campaigns, and product updates to engage and inform target audiences
  • Manage email database and segmentation to ensure relevant and personalized communication
  • Continuously optimize email performance to improve engagement and ensure strong deliverability rates.
Social Media (LinkedIn Focus) 
  • Own and execute FullContact’s LinkedIn content strategy to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement
  • Create, and schedule posts promoting content, product updates thought leadership initiatives
  • Monitor engagement and continuously optimizing content based on performance
Analytics & Reporting 
  • Track and report on marketing performance using Salesforce and other tools
  • Monitor key metrics across website, email, and social channels
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve performance
 
Job Qualifications 
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, UX/UI, or a related role
  • Strong experience with WordPress, including building, updating, and maintaining website pages
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, product pages, and email
  • Proven experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Pardot to build, execute, and optimize email campaigns.”
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Pardot
  • Experience creating and maintaining reports within Salesforce to track performance
  • Comfortable working across multiple channels and managing competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Nice to Have 
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or data/identity marketing
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.)

Compensation Range 
 
Ziff Davis provides a range for the base pay. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The salary compensation for this role is $85,000 to $90,000. Individual pay within the compensation range for this business unit specific role is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, as well as business and company performance.
