Position:Digital Marketing Manager
Position Summary:B2B lead generation marketing, including account-based marketing strategies and tactics. They will be a highly organized problem solver who can work independently, manage multiple projects concurrently, and drive projects from concept to completion. Furthermore, they will be a strategic thinker, willing to get into the details, and experienced/proficient with digital marketing tools and practices. The Digital Marketing Manager will work collaboratively across the organization to increase brand awareness and generate demand for Lumeris’ products and services.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in developing the digital marketing strategy and lead the execution and analysis of those campaigns to build brand awareness and generate demand
- Manage all digital marketing tactics and channels, including organic, paid search, paid and organic social, and email marketing
- Manage agency partner to execute, analyze performance, and institute continuous improvement of all campaigns
- Conduct campaign performance analysis to understand ROI and continually optimize campaigns
- Partner in the development and execution of account-based marketing campaigns in Demandbase
- Manage website updates in WordPress, including creating new pages/posts and optimizing them based upon SEO best practices
- Create landing pages, email templates, and email nurturing workflows within marketing automation systems
- Manage the content calendar for all external marketing efforts
- Work collaboratively to identify thought leadership topics that resonate with target audiences for digital marketing applications
- Project management to ensure all projects hit milestones and achieve desired delivery, within budget
Experience & Characteristics
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and 4+ years digital marketing experience (experience marketing to health system and healthcare provider group executives preferred)
- Experience developing and executing automated marketing campaigns and lead nurturing using marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot and Salesforce preferred)
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, paid and organic social, display, retargeting, and email (account-based marketing experience with Demandbase or 6Sense is preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, strategies, and tactics (LinkedIn in particular)
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience using Google Analytics to track, monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns
- Proficient in web content management systems, WordPress preferred
- Attention to detail with outstanding project management skills, including experience with project management systems
- Be the trusted partner to our internal and external teams that work collaboratively to achieve the best results
- Demonstrate good judgment and uncompromising integrity
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous and changing situations
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and on-time delivery
Preferred:
- Experience marketing to health system and healthcare provider group executives
- HubSpot and Salesforce preferred
- Account-based marketing experience with Demandbase or 6Sense

The hiring range for this position is:
$98,400.00-$132,225.00
