Job Description

Redzone is seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to execute and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and high-quality leads.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, this role will manage day-to-day digital execution across SEM, paid social, programmatic, and ABM programs, working closely with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales to support demand generation goals.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing paid and organic digital channels, understands the evolving digital landscape and emerging media platforms, and brings curiosity, creativity, and a data-driven mindset to every campaign.

 

Responsibilities: 

Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across search, display, social, and ABM channels.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of paid search (SEM) and paid social programs across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Test new channels and emerging digital formats to expand reach and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Field Marketing to align digital campaigns with product launches, events, and industry initiatives.

Performance Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics—traffic, engagement, MQLs, and conversions—to continually improve results.
  • Optimize campaigns for performance using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative iteration.
  • Partner with Analytics to ensure accurate attribution, reporting, and insights that inform strategy and budget decisions.

ABM & Targeted Marketing

  • Support the development and execution of Account-Based Marketing programs in partnership with Sales and the Digital Marketing Director.
  • Leverage intent data, audience targeting, and personalization to reach decision-makers across key accounts and verticals.
  • Contribute to content and creative strategies that resonate with target personas.

Web & Content Optimization

  • Ensure website landing pages and campaign experiences are optimized for lead generation and conversion.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across digital channels.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of SEO and AEO (AI Engine Optimization) best practices to enhance organic visibility.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a Marketing Manager position
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and an aptitude for structuring content effectively required. Technical knowledge for deploying, integrating, and maintaining new sales enablement software preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to learn Redzone’s unique value proposition and ability to express that consistently in written materials.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Experience marketing SaaS solutions preferred.
  • This role requires travel up to 25%.

Additional Information

Compensation Package:

  • Base pay range:  $120,000-130,000 USD Annual (12 Months) 
  • Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location variations as well as internal peer equity.
  • This position is also eligible for an annual company performance bonus.
  • U.S. benefits package includes medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, paid-time off, parental leave, and well-being programs.
