Digital Marketing Intern (SEO and Web Growth)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Intern specializing in SEO and Web Growth to join our growing marketing team. This paid internship offers hands on experience in real digital marketing campaigns, search engine optimization, and website analytics.

The ideal candidate will assist in improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, and supporting online marketing initiatives that drive real business growth. This role is well suited for individuals passionate about digital marketing, eager to build technical skills, and interested in working on live client projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and ranking improvements
• Support the implementation of SEO strategies including metadata optimization, link building, and CMS updates
• Help monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, and SEO platforms
• Contribute to on page SEO efforts by assisting with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript edits to improve user experience and site performance
• Assist in managing website content across WordPress and other content management systems
• Support setup and management of tracking tags using Google Tag Manager
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to align SEO with broader digital campaigns
• Assist in optimizing e commerce and landing pages through A B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques
• Support SEM efforts by researching keywords and assisting with ad copy development
• Stay informed on SEO trends, algorithm updates, analytics tools, and digital marketing best practices

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
• Basic understanding of SEO concepts and web analytics tools
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus but not required
• Experience with Google Search Console or Google Tag Manager is a bonus
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Genuine interest in digital marketing, SEO, and online growth strategies
