Ignite Visibility, an award-winning digital marketing agency with offices in San Diego, CA and Orlando, FL is hiring talent entry level Franchise Success Account Manager for our Account Services franchise team. This role is fully remote for someone who is passionate about client services in the digital marketing space to begin their career with us. The individual is a service-oriented professional with excellent communication skills that can serve a wide variety of client personalities and has a breadth of digital marketing competencies. They will naturally excel at relationship-building and earning people’s trust. The individual has a business development mindset, is detail-oriented, task-driven, and can learn quickly while effectively managing and collaborating with peers to solve problems. They are hungry. mature, and proactively looking to contribute to the strategic thinking needed to succeed. 

Responsibilities:

  • Works at the direction of the Account Manager or lead Franchise Sucess Manager
  • Provides front-line customer service to support the franchisees, answer their queries and increase client satisfaction
  • Have a thorough understanding of the client’s contract and selling opportunities of Ignite Visibility products/services to generate increased revenue
  • Assist in the onboarding of new franchise locations
  • Be the liaison between corporate and franchises in regard to communicating process updates and sales support
  • Understand our client’s sales and marketing processes so we can consult and build their needs inside of HubSpot for maximum impact
  • Assist the Account Managers in the collective development of strategic documentation
  • Collaborate with internal team members to drive results for the client, identify risks and opportunities, and hold teams accountable to budget, timelines, productivity, process, standards, and results
  • Attends periodic key account meetings as needed
  • Assist the Account Managers to ensure that all internal and external meetings are scheduled and all parties notified of the time, location, and expected contributions (e.g. meeting agenda, etc.) and all documentation is prepared in advance
  • Ensure that, at all times, status reports and monthly billing and budget summaries are up-to-date and error-free. Ability to report on the status of accounts upon request.
  • Manage all billing changes including new services, reduction in services, and cancellations. Responsible for obtaining client approvals for all new estimates and change orders.
  • Escalates any franchisee cancellation requests to the Account Manager in order to retain the account
  • Maintain a business development mindset, partnering with the Client Success Director to discuss any opportunities to increase current client revenue or potential new business
  • Use all of IDS business management and communication platforms to keep stakeholders informed, tasks assigned, and projects well managed in accordance with deadlines
  • Understands how to use and manage the DevHub sheet
  • Ability to communicate rapidly and effectively with all parties involved in the projects
  • Will be expected to have a drive to continually learn and grow in knowledge and skill of digital marketing
  • Stay on top of industry trends in order to stay on the cutting edge
  • Assist with help desk tickets if necessary
  • Assist sales team with presentations and proposal development
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of account services experience in digital marketing channels or a degree in digital marketing plus internship experience in marketing
  • 1+ years of sales, customer service experience, or client services
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate rapidly and effectively with all parties involved in the projects, communicate in English, present, and influence key stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in high growth and fast-paced agency setting
  • Have a drive to learn and grow in digital marketing knowledge and skills continually
  • Franchise or multi-location marketing exposure
  • Proven ability to juggle a good volume of account management projects at a time
  • Proven ability to build rapport with clients and problem-solve effectively
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent business acumen and experience working with business executives
  • Experience working with Project Management systems such as Outlook, Slack, Monday, and Google suite
