Digital Marketing Coordinator Role Summary 

As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of our digital marketing team. In this role, you’ll learn and master key skills in media planning, campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting. You’ll gain hands-on experience across programmatic display, CTV, audio, native, paid search, paid social, and emerging digital channels. Working closely with internal teams and partners, you’ll help deliver campaigns that drive measurable results for our clients. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and proactive in learning new tools and technologies while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support end-to-end campaign management—planning, setup, trafficking, optimization, and reporting—across platforms such as The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Yahoo, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, MNTN, Nextdoor, and Google Ads
  • Learn and adopt AI platforms into day-to-day workflows. 
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop media plans, define audiences, and recommend platforms and tactics that align with client goals. 
  • Manage client communications, ensuring that there are prompt responses to emails, requests, and feedback to facilitate seamless collaboration and strong client relationships.  
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance; identify opportunities for optimization and implement strategic adjustments to improve results.  
  • Maintain and update project management workflows in Monday.com, ensuring all campaign details, timelines, and deliverables are accurate and up to date. 
  • Communicate campaign status, key metrics, and next steps during weekly internal standups. 
  • Coordinate with senior team members to verify pacing and budget tracking to ensure spend aligns with media plans.  
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform planning and optimization decisions. 
  • Gather, analyze, and visualize campaign data for performance reports and client presentations. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with media vendors and technology partners, staying informed on platform updates and best practices. 
  • Contribute ideas that drive innovation, improve efficiency, and elevate campaign performance. 
  • Work hand in hand with the client engagement and PR/Content teams and support creative development where needed 
  • Help support social media, website, and video content production 
  • Attend and participate actively in relevant team, agency, and client meetings

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of marketing experience (agency experience preferred but not required). 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, or similar. 
  • Foundational understanding of digital marketing channels and KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.). 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana) is a plus.  
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally. 
  • Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data and identify optimization opportunities. 
  • Passion for learning and staying ahead of digital marketing trends and technologies. 
  • Open to travel if needed, would not exceed 10%
